Sarah began her vocational life in Curriculum Development at NSW TAFE. After working in Health and Recreation and on various projects she left to study Shiatsu Therapy at Nature Care College. She established a business in Dee Why providing Shiatsu and running small health workshops. She then studied Ki Yoga Teaching in Bondi Junction at the Zen Renaissance Centre and has been working as a yoga instructor ever since!
